The services are very efficient, including a very clean pool. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with balcony and large bed, as for instance and care about everyone. The location is perfectly comfortable, 2 miles from A 1612 Portuguese Fortress.

Absolutely perfect location and overall the staff was exceptionally helpful. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with a spacious balcony and clean washroom, for example and that was great.

The breakfast has amazing and very tasty options with coffee machine, toilet paper towels mini fridge restocking cooking station, food and drinks. The rooms are very well furnished and neat with garden view, everything is excellent.

The hotel was fairly clean with highly courteous staff right from check-in to check-out. Greatly enjoyed the a double room with garden view, felt like we were home.

Breakfast not great.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants, shopping areas, and the beach. We really appreciated the convenience of having everything within easy reach. The staff at the hotel were also exceptional, especially when it came to accommodating our 2-year-old daughter. They provided us with a high chair and even packed food for us while we were out sightseeing. The pool was another highlight of our stay, with its inviting water and comfortable chairs where we could relax and enjoy a light bite and drinks.

There were a couple of issues that we encountered during our stay. the housekeeping staff missed cleaning our room and providing fresh towels, which we had to call them to rectify.

The hotel is conveniently located near Candolim beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The rooms are comfortable, with large beds and a balcony option for a nice view. The staff provides excellent service, always attentive to our needs. Basic amenities like toilet paper, towels, and the mini fridge are well-stocked. The breakfast included a cooking station, offering a variety of options to start the day.

Everything was satisfactory.
